Compliance Surveyor (Fire Safety) - Interim role available working flexibly across the Southwest - £36 ph

Your new role
You will join your new organisation as an interim consultant, undertaking a varied role, mainly working from completed Fire Risk Assessments to determine work required using schedule of rates, engaging contractors and overseeing delivery of works. You will ensure works are completed to a high standard, attend fire safety audits, manage data and information inputted to a housing system, and ensure customers are receiving a high standard of service.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate experience within building safety and property compliance, ideally within fire safety. This experience may include reviewing or undertaking fire risk assessments, as well as project management of fire related works.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial interim contract with duration up to 6 months initially - further extension beyond this initial duration is available. Further to this, you will receive weekly payment and up to £36 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications.
