Building Surveyor | Client Side Property Company | Newmarket | Up to £75k

Your new company
This is an opportunity to work with an incredibly successful client side organisation. This is a family owned company, focusing on real estate investment and development across East Anglia and London. They have a large and diverse property portfolio which includes retail, commercial, offices and leisure. Due to an incredible pipeline of work there is a need for an in house surveyor to join the team.

Your new role
You will be joining a team of 3 surveyors, working on various refurbishment projects, strip outs/refits, change of use & occasional new build projects. With a diverse and expanding portfolio across East Anglia and London, there are a lot of exciting projects to get involved with. You will also be looking at feasibility studies on existing properties, you'll be involved in the basic design using AutoCAD, tendering works and managing sub contractors on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have an RICS or CIOB accredited degree or be chartered. You will have experience of working as a building surveyor, with previous experience using AutoCAD. You may have experience from consultancies, client side organisations, or even construction contractors. You will however need to be professional and presentable, with the ability to administer contracts and manage sub-contractors, and work in collaboration with the existing surveying team and wider group.
