Hays is delighted to be working with one of the top Property Consultancies in Cambridge to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor into their Development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the top employer's in the property industry with a very successful team of surveyors on exciting East Anglia developments!

Your new role
As the new Development Valuation Surveyor you will join the Development department to provide 'Red Book' valuations on development and residential properties for banks, landowners, private individuals, housing associations and the public sector.

You'll be joining a team of 14 surveyors based in the Cambridge offices with over 100 other colleagues across all property divisions.

Day to day you will be you will carry out valuation surveys on an existing portfolio and a pipeline of work, including valuing development land and residential properties.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a MRICS qualified surveyor and Registered Valuer. You will be familiar with Argus Developer and Ms Excel and have good knowledge of the development and planning system.
