Due to continued success, this client is looking to expand their team of Quantity Surveyors both in their Cambridge and Norwich offices. This client has a fantastic portfolio of projects across Residential, Affordable Housing, Offices, Hotels, Sport and Leisure, Retail, Education, Research and Development, Health & Wellness, Industrial, Heritage and Infrastructure.

Your new role
As the new Quantity Surveyor, you have will be responsible for; cost control, procurement and management advice through the life of a project, project management or to act as an Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator.

If you are a passionate Quantity Surveyor who would like to work on a diverse portfolio of projects in a supportive environment - this is the perfect role.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed to will need a relevant degree, be passionate about the industry and motivated by project and service delivery. Similar experience and RICS qualification would be ideal.
