Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a highly successful consultancy in Suffolk to recruit a Graduate Surveyor to join their growing team as a Residential Valuation Surveyor. This firm specialises in working with a number of public sector clients completing valuations on residential properties across the region. This company is growing organically and is looking to add to the team to ensure they keep their high levels of service and customer focus.

Your new role
As the new Graduate Valuation Surveyor you'll be office based and assisting with the collation of valuation reports on properties across East Anglia. The property portfolio is made up of New Build Developments, and properties that are set to be acquired (Help to Buy valuations etc.). You will be interacting with your colleagues and agents as well as researching local markets to establish appropriate valuations. With the support of the team, you will assist collating data and completing valuation reports for varied schemes and purchases, ranging from small units to large sites.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree, ideally some knowledge of valuations and residential property. You will have good IT and communication skills; you will also be adaptable and able to deal effectively with a range of clients.
