This multi-disciplinary is based in a vibrant and modern office, easily accessible and in the heart of a thriving town. This client has had incredible success over the last decade and this is a fantastic opportunity to join them during an exciting period of growth. They are looking for an Estates Surveyor to join their team to work on Commercial, Residential and Education portfolios.

Your new role
As the new Estates Surveyor, you will work with the estates team to carry out high value and high complexity projects across a range of sectors. You will be working closely with your colleagues in other teams and with contractors/suppliers on a regular basis to deliver a quality service and successfully overcome challenges. You will be involved with Landlord & Tenant works, Red Book Valuations, Property management, planning and development as well as acquisitions and disposals.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will be chartered, ideally a registered valuer and have well rounded experience within a general practice surveying role. You will work well with others and be keen to join a collaborative environment.
