This multi-disciplinary is based in a vibrant and modern office, easily accessible and in the heart of a thriving town. This client has had incredible success over the last decade and this is a fantastic opportunity to join them during an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on Commercial, Residential and Education projects.

Your new role
As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be handling estimates, cost plans and budgets. You will liaise with clients, designers, agencies and all stakeholders, and present project analysis, as well as work with contractors during tender reviews.

You will be joining a great friendly team and working together to deliver a high quality service across multiple sectors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified, you will have good costing experience and understanding, great experience of working with and managing contractors as well as good knowledge of Building Regulations. You will be a strong communicator and thrive working to timelines. Experience across multiple sectors would be fantastic.
