Interim Building Manager

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced and professional Building Manager to join an Education establishment in Kent for a temporary, full-time position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the buildings and its facilities, carrying out regular inspections and raising repairs, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and maintaining buildings and facilities and have a good understanding of health and safety regulations. The candidate should also have experience in budget management and be able to work collaboratively with a range of staff, students, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

What you'll get in return
In return, we are offering a rate of pay of up to £23.49 per hour, this will be a 3-6 month contract.
