Site Manager - Construction - Freelance

Your new company
Specialist contractor operating across the South and East of England working on Construction, Maintenance and Refurbishments projects.

Your new role
Site Manager required to work on a small Retail Refurbishment Scheme in St Neots, initially starting on nights before moving on to days.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring that project timeframes are kept whilst H&S is adhered to on site at all times

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working on a similar scheme
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential
Fire Marshall is preferable but not essential
