A leading multidisciplinary consultancy are seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead a significant residential led project in London with a prominent International Real Estate Developer.

You:

• Have at least 5 + years’ experience working work for either in Consultancy or a Developer within property / real estate. Ran significant residential projects, ideally BTR / PBSA but will also consider experience from other sectors. Be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and have the ability to influence Happy to lead from the front Manage and support more junior members of the team Professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA) is desirable but not essential. Sound ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Salary up to £90,000 + Package (dependent on experience).
