Senior Development Manager

Great permanent opportunity for Senior Development Manager working for a large family owned company.

Your new role
This role will be working within the science and technology side of the business. You will be focusing on properties such as labs and developing the portfolio across the UK with a North West focus. Working alongside a team of 7 you will take ownership and lead large projects from inception to completion. This role will have you delivering appraisals on daily basis and working closely with asset managers to maximise the current portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in real estate management or equivalent with previous experience working on commercial sector properties. Ideally you will be MRICS chartered though this will not be a deal breaker.
