Project Manager

Permanent opportunity for a project manager working with a global real estate firm.

Your new company
Global consultancy looking predominantly after commercial properties UK wide. Based in Manchester you will be part of the North West project management team looking after commercial office space, mixed use retail and industrial properties.

Your new role
Working as part of the Project Management delivery services to local authority clients, developers and institutional investors on a broad range of projects.You will work alongside the lead project manager on larger schemes and take the lead yourself on smaller projects. You will liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams. In this role you will make sure the projects will be delivered on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed
A few years experience post qualification delivering and managing projects. You will be chartered either with MCIOB or MRICS (project management). You will bring your enthusiasm and determination to the table and work to further develop your career.
