Hays is excited to announce they are working with one of the largest privately owned housebuilders in the east of England, being established for over 35 years and specialising in building incredible homes for people across the country, creating new environments and maintaining the culture within the local area! With expert knowledge, the ambition to grow the company and lovely historical office. Due to this new company growth and an exciting new 5-year plan they are looking for a Senior Layout Designer!

Your new role
You will have a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to join a well-established team. Being involved in the planning of different sites, drawing layout plans, and using your experience to help grow the company. You will be using AutoCad or Revit and using your creativity to develop layout plans play an important role in the company. You will be joining the design team of 5 other passionate people and working collaboratively with the land and planning team. The company has a massive 5-year plan to grow the company which give you a great opportunity to progress with them.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you would need to be passionate, creative and who like to use their initiative. You will ideally have experience in the industry, a good knowledge of Revit, Revit families and the latest building and regulations. You should also be able to work well both in a team and individually and hold a full UK Driving licence.

They offer a competitive salary starting from £45k - £65k depending on experience, plus car allowance of £5,400 or a company car (with fuel paid for), the opportunity to work with one of East Anglia's leading private housing developers.
