Hays is excited to announce they are working with a large estate agency in the Cambridge Area, being established all over the UK our client has done some amazing work in both the residential and commercial industry's and now they are looking to grow within the Cambridge area and is looking for a Senior planner/Associate partner to join there team.

Your new role
You will have a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to join a well-established team. Being involved in different projects, helping other senior members with planning appraisals, application, appeal statements and site assessments. You will also work with a larger team and develop new clients and maintain existing relationship. You will be part of a lovely team of passionate people that all collaboration as well as having a great upskilling environment giving the opportunity to develop within your career.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you would need to be passionate, creative and be someone who uses their initiative. You will ideally have 3-4 years' experience in the industry, be RTPI a good knowledge of the local Area. You will have experience in supporting and managing junior team members. You should also be able to work well both in a team and individually and hold a full UK Driving licence.

They offer a competitive salary starting from £35k-£50k depending on experience, with the ability to work from home as mentioned above. You will have access to a car allowance. You will also get the opportunity to progress your career alongside a growing company with a upskilling and training
