Facilities Coordinator - Temp position


Your new role

The role will involve working alongside both the estates and facilities teams in a coordinators role. You will be required to help develop a CAFM system, log and report maintenance and act as the point of contact on a front of house help desk. You will assist with building compliance documentation, H&S checks and administrative procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will be required to have experience working in a facilities environment, and be competent with Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel. You will need to be able to adapt to a changing environment and think quickly on your feet. The ideal candidate will have an engaging and outgoing personality and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
