Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor
Location: North West area, home based flexible working
Salary: £24,000-£28,000 basic salary + additional benefits

They are expanding their strategic social housing division with the hire of a Stock Condition Surveyor to service clients in the North West.

Your new role
Reporting into a Senior Property Consultant who has a strong background in surveying within the social housing sector you will be tasked with carrying out stock condition surveys in the North West. The Stock Condition Surveyor will investigate, assess and record the materials, age and condition of our assets within the social housing division. Including EPC Certificates.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Stock Condition Surveyor must be able to demonstrate an understanding of stock condition surveys. You must be a teamplayer with an interest in social housing.
