Quality Manager

Your new role
As a Quality Manager you will be working with the steel fabrication plant to ensure products are manufactured to the required quality standard and ensuring the health and safety procedures are followed throughout the process. You will work on the projects seeing the steels erected and products installed correctly liaising with site teams and head office.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working within a steel fabrication factory or equivalent, understanding of the build process and have worked on projects as a Quality Manager or Health and Safety Manager. You will have IOSH, NEBOSH, CSCS card and a qualification in Health and Safety. You will have excellent written and verbal skills, ability to persuade others commit to your plans and vision, including difficult contractors and site teams
