Lead Facilities Engineer

Your new role
Leading a team of Facilities Maintenance Engineers in a world class commercial property. You will be responsible for overseeing the planed and reactive maintenance works for the following areas:

- Electrical maintenance and installations
- Lighting Control Systems
- HVAC systems
- Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems
- CCTV and security control
- Temporary Power Supplies.
- Standby generation plant
- Pump maintenance and associated systems

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in electrical building services
- Strong understanding of H&S procedures in electrical installations
- Experience developing and delivering risk assessments and work permits
- Possess good knowledge of energy saving initiatives
