Business Rates Property Inspector

Permanent opportunity for a business rates referencer to work with a Manchester consultancy.

Your new company
A leading UK real estate consultancy, specialising in corporate advisory, development, land planning, planning and building consultancy. As a company they are over 250 people with their business rates team being 6 based in Manchester. They are based in Manchester just off Oxford Road with easy commute via public transport. The company offers flexible working and working from home.

Your new role
In this role you will be mainly out on site carrying out the key responsibility of surveying various property types to calculate floor areas. The clients include retail and high street stores across the North West. This role is an excellent start for someone looking to get into business rates, on average delivering 20 surveys per week.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be motivated individual wanting to progress your career following a completion of your degree. A degree in surveying or a background in real estate is ideal for this role.
