Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity for an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor to join an excellent organisation and work on an extensive portfolio of local authority housing throughout the South of England.

This private organisation is based in Swansea and are looking to find a surveyor to cover the the South East Region.

Your new role

• You will be working on approximately 10-12 surveys per week on local authority housing.
• You will be focusing on dilapidations, building defects, disrepair and mold projects.
• You will be required to travel as and when needed around the south east of England
• Over night stays will be required on occasion (All hotel expenses covered)
• Quarterly visits to the Swansea based head office (All hotel expenses covered)
• Day-to-day, you will be working independently, connecting with the head office remotely.

What you'll need to succeed

• An MRICS qualification is essential.
• A full U.K. drivers license plus car is essential.
• Prior experience in residential works is desired but not essential.
• Flexibility is essential.
• A desire to work independently and travel regularly is essential.

What you'll get in return

• £60k +
• £5k car allowance + fuel card.
