Project Manager - New build Residential scheme - North Kent - Housebuilder - £Competitive - Trad & RC build.
Your new company
A leading housebuilder working across the Kent area on a mixture of large multi-phased Housing and apartment schemes. developments are typically in the 100 - 400 range, traditional build mid to high end units.
With a record number of live sites and several new projects starting shortly they are one of Kent's leading developers. Due to volume of work starting a new position has arisen for a Project manager to join a flagship scheme in the North Kent area, overseeing approx. 250 units Mainly apartments with some housing.
Your new role
As Project manager you will be responsible for all site based activity and progress, Working closely with a senior contracts manager you will have overall responsibility for H&S, Sub contract management, Progress reporting, liaison with Commercial, Design and sales teams and the general team spirit of the site team.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a complex flagship job with RC frame and traditional elements, Interested candidates will need clear experience of managing similar sized projects and have a volume housebuilder background. As well as the above you will be It literate hold the relevant qualifications befitting the role and be actively looking for a long term Permanent role in the North Kent area.
