Your new company
A well established Main contractor working across new build and refurbishment schemes, predominantly in the local authority sector. With multiple frameworks secured and several other new builds across SE London they now seek an experienced RLO to join the team for one of their most recently secured projects. The project is a mix of K&B and external works and due to last for a minimum of 3 years. the role will be based mainly in the Bromley area with occasional site visits into west London as needed. This is a newly created role and one that will form a key part of the site team on a flagship project.

Your new role
As Rlo you will be mainly office based attending site as required, you will be the main liaison between residents and the contractor, ensuring relevant notices, appointments, complaints etc are communicated appropriately and generally ensuring a positive relationship with the local community. The role will involve a high element of administration as well as face to face liaison.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced RlO with a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities, You will be IT literate, comfortable working between South Est London and West London (exact locations available on request) and be looking for a long term permanent role.
