Valuation Surveyor (Commercial)

Chartered Surveyors practice in Chester, strong North West presence seeking a RICS Valuation Surveyor

Job Title: RICS Registered Valuation Surveyor (Commercial)
Location: Chester (flexible hybrid working 2-3 days from home)
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 basic salary (dependent on RICS registered status and PQE experience) + Equity partnership opportunity + additional benefits

A very well established North West Chartered Surveying practice with strong North West ties providing a full range of agency and professional services throughout Cheshire and North Wales. Independently owned by its Directors their is an excellent opportunity for equity partnership within a business established over 50 years that have a strong client base in the Cheshire region. A very successful business that has experience steady growth working with highly reputable blue chip commercial clients.

Your new role
The role will encompass red book valuation work across properties in the Cheshire and North Wales area on behalf of a variety of clients across both the public and private sector. Instructed on behalf of banks, pension funds, developers, private estates, retailers etc the role will encompass asset management and also be an element of landlord & tenant and professional work. As a business with strong North West presence they undertake high quality risk averse valuation work (no unsecured lending valuation work).

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Commercial Valuation Surveyor will be RICS registered, however they have had a high success rate of passing candidates through the APC process through to RICS registered status. Well equipped to assist candidates through this process they are open to assisting a Valuation Surveyor having successfully chartering 6 of the team in the last 2 years. They are looking for a Valuation Surveyor that can hit the ground running and undertake a number of North West instructions without supervision.
