Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Civils Site Agent to lead the Site team on a Thames Water site. The contract will be a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for temp to perm for the right candidate.

Your key responsibilities will be driving Health and Safety performance and engagement within your area of work, whilst delivering forecast productivity and forecast commercial performance

You will oversee effective utilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet the contract programmes, maintaining the quality standards set out in the project execution plan. You will develop a collaborative approach with, peers, the client and end user staff, as well as other stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the project. Promoting cross division working with other members to create a one-team ethos will be key, as you take full ownership and accountability for profit and loss, ensuring robust control of target costs and actual costs incurred, whilst creating programmes to plan and measure the day to day activities.

What you'll need to succeed

A proven track record in a similar capacity, ideally working as a Civils Site Agent within the Water and/or Utilities industry, in addition to the experience detailed above you will also need SSSTS/SMSTS and a CSCS Card.

Any candidates that hold Lifting Appointed Person, NRSWA/Streetworks, Thames Water Passport or Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator training will be preferred but not essential.
