Senior Project Manager

Infrastructure Services Division

Are you an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager looking for an opportunity to enhance your career and further develop your skills, in a dynamic and wide-ranging role in a complex transforming organisation?

The Royal Veterinary College is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager who will play a key role in the delivery of a wide range of capital projects, as well as minor works. Reporting to the Head of Estates you will be responsible for managing a broad range of projects across a diverse estate portfolio across both our Campuses (Camden – North London, and Hawkshead in rural Hertfordshire).

You will hold a degree or HND in a Construction related subject, awarded by a UK recognised body together with commercial management experience or with a proven track record of setting and regulating project budgets.  You will also have relevant experience in a client side, consultancy, or similar project role and some experience (ideally responsibility) for programming, procuring, and managing construction/property projects. You will be a confident communicator with the drive and potential to lead and manage project teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career across a diverse and largescale development programme in a prestigious and unique World Class organisation.

For more information or for an informal discussion regarding the role, please contact Ian Humphreys, Head of Estates Projects on ihumphreys@rvc.ac.uk.

The RVC values Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and therefore welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities.   Balancing both the needs of the business with those of our staff, we will consider applications to work on a flexible basis where possible.
