Senior Quantity Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for quantity surveyor working with a consultancy based in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a quantity surveyor with predominantly Northern presence. They are a company of 30 looking to significantly grow the Manchester office over the next 3 years. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an opportunity to help and grow an office, and perhaps manage a small team. Located in the City Centre of Manchester they are in a great place for public sector transport and local amenities.

Your new role
In this role, depending on your level of experience, you will be involved pre and post contract, delivering cash flow forecasts, cost reports, carry out site visits and inspections, prepare contract variations, advise on contract disputes.
As well as helping in developing the Manchester office.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in quantity surveying with post graduate experience working within the industry. This company is looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to be a part of an office growth and really make their mark on it. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic.
