Permanent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor, working with a consultancy based in Manchester.
Your new company
A specialist cost management consultancy working predominantly within the healthcare sector. They have a secure and varied pipeline of work with the value ranging from couple of million pounds up to £23 million, refurbishment and extensions. Located on Deansgate in Manchester they are within an easy commute from train station, tram and bus links.
Your new role
In this role you will be involved in all stages of the projects, from initial liaison with the client, pre and post contract and final accounts. On daily basis you will be supported by the associate and director of the company, you will be involved in site visits and have all the support for further career progression.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in quantity surveying with post graduate experience working within the industry. You will be an ambitious individual wanting to be a part of the Manchester office growth. Ideally you will be a chartered QS with some healthcare experience, though this is not essential as full training will be provided.
