A leading National full building envelope contractor, specialising in A1/A2 fire rated cladding and facades across a diverse range of sectors are looking to hire an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This hire has come due to their impressive growth and having secured an extensive amount of work over the next 5 years. They work on a variety of projects from upgrading existing buildings to multi façade new build projects. Based in Ellesmere port they've worked on projects including University of Liverpool's Student accommodation to Thames Quarter in Reading. They've got a state-of-the-art office which includes a fun sociable environment consisting of a state of the art gym, pool table and so much more!

Your new role

The primary objective of the role of the Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor is to assist the Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to compile timely and accurate cost analysis for Client Projects and Contracts, including control of all expenditure associated with the provision of new build and refurbishment services provided by the Company.

Also, to provide support to Contract and Project Managers through producing accurate and timely information associated with administration of contract documents.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience as an assistant QS on similar projects or from a main contractor background. Or recently graduated with a Quantity Surveying degree. Open to seeing candidates from all backgrounds
