Your new role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing other surveyors under your supervision. Preparing activity schedules, resource schedules & analysis of tender documents. Monitoring and review complex contract programmes, assist in the preparation of delay and disruption programmes. Preparation of procurement programmes and development strategies together with presenting internal reports, commercial progress and financial reconciliation.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be BSc or MSc qualified in Quantity Surveying and hold membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB or be working towards one of these.
