You will be working for long-standing independent Chartered Surveyors practice based in Warwick that covers the Midlands area, offering professional surveying services including valuations, lettings, development, planning, property management and building surveying.


Your new role

Due to recent expansion this organisation is looking to recruit an experienced RICS Registered Valuer. In this role you will be joining a team of professional surveyors performing a diverse range of Valuation functions across the commercial, residential, and rural sectors. Part-time or flexible working arrangements will also be considered for this role.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a RICS Registered Valuer, with MRICS chartership and demonstrable industry experience. A full driving license will be required for this role. If you have additional building surveying experience, then you are encouraged to apply as that would be a considerable advantage.

A competitive salary is offered for this role, dependant on experience. Other benefits include all professional and development fees being paid by the company, a car allowance and mileage expenses, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and a generous pension scheme. Part-time/Flexible working arrangements are also possible.
