Your new role
You will have a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to join a well-established team. Being involved in the planning of different sites, drawing layout plans, and overseeing all aspects of the company. You will be joining a team of 3 surveyors as a Architectural Technologist/Technician, doing Drawings, assisting with asset management, working on commercial property refurbishments, and overseeing works as they progress. You will also oversee the management of commercial property maintenance works as and when required. You will assist with the lifecycle of the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have an RIBA accredited degree or be chartered. You will have experience of working as a Technologist or Technician, either within consultancies or a client-side role within General Practice. You will however need to be professional and presentable, with the ability to administer contracts and work in collaboration with the existing team and wider group.
