Your new role

• Working on generating new business for facilities serviced within the University and Public Sector
• Exploit opportunities with existing frameworks and agreements to drive new business
• Ensure clients know the full suite of services offered
• Track agreements and framework dates
• Register on time for bids and submit proposals after thorough research
• Mobilise contracts and manage accounts
• Travel to

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong sales and business development experience ideally within Facilities Soft Services
• Highly organised with good attention to details
• Able to quote for works including: cleaning, furniture moving, painting and decorating, gutter cleaning, jet washing, and laundry
• Excellent customer service and rapport building skills

What you'll get in return

• Basic salary £30-40k doe
• Bonus up to £15-20k per annum taking total OTE can be £60k+
• Car or car allowance
• Fuel card or mileage
• Travel paid when needed
