Valuation Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for Valuation Surveyor at General Practice and Commercial Property Consultancy

Your new company
You will be working for an independent General Practice firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants undertaking a range of professional property services throughout the North West of England, in addition to providing specialist advice to clients on a national basis. They have an established client list ranging from sole traders to major PLCs. These include National and International Retailers, Higher Education Colleges, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, major developers, a number of national house builders and all of the leading High Street Banks



Your new role
You will be working alongside MRICS and FRICS Valuation Surveyors, completing commercial and residential valuations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a RICS accredited Property related BSc
You will have a minimum of 12 months experience completing valuations
You will have a full clean driving licence
You will be able to provide a cv demonstrating relevant valuation experience

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary- £27-£40k based on experience
Hybrid working

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
