GP Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for General Practice Surveyor- all levels of experience considered- APC Support offered

Your new company
You will be working for a well-respected and well known mixed practice of Chartered Surveyors, with multiple offices in Lancashire and Cumbria. They have a thriving residential agency department, specialising in higher value and country property, together with a strong and very well established agricultural team dealing with valuation, sales and management. The professional valuation department undertakes a large volume of valuation work within the north west of England. They aim to consistently deliver an outstanding level of service to their clients in all aspects of the work which we undertake.


Your new role
You will undertake interesting and varied commercial and residential valuation work, primarily across Lancashire and Merseyside. This will include secured lending valuations, however they also generate a significant volume of private client work through both long established and more recent professional relationships.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have a RICS accredited Property related BSc
You will have a minimum of 12 months Valuation/ General Practice Surveying experience
Your experience will mean that you can quickly become a full member of the team, but you will be able to collaborate with a partner on a day-to-day basis.
You will have the ability to produce high quality reports in a timely manner and will be enthusiastic in work and at play, keen to develop new relationships.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary £28-£40k based on experience
No requirement to be MRICS as APC support will be provided
35 hours per week
45p per visit for client/ site visits
