Hays is excited to be working with a long-established and forward-thinking regional firm of chartered surveyors. They are auctioneers, planners offering a comprehensive range of property services, including residential and commercial sales, lettings and management, auctions, rural property & business advice, planning & development and architecture & building surveying.

Your new role
You will handle all aspects of day to day Commercial property management including property inspections, arranging repairs and maintenance, liaising with tenants and contractors, management records, rent arrears.
Commercial agency including lettings and sales of a range of commercial properties including undertaking viewings, preparing short term leases and licences. Professional matters such as rent reviews and general property advice, red book valuations. As well as participating in networking and business development activities

What you'll need to succeed
The role is perfect for someone recently RICS qualified or has a few years experience after qualifying, you will have the chance to deal with all aspects of commercial property with a strong rural focus including sales and lettings, property management, landlord & tenant matters, valuations, rating and development. Would suit a commercial surveyor or a rural surveyor with good commercial property experience.
