Senior Quantity Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a quantity surveyor working with a specialist consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
A specialist provider of due-diligence, fund monitoring and cost management in Manchester. The company has 5 offices across the UK and in Manchester is a team of 8 and growing, looking to add a quantity surveyor and fund monitoring consultant. 80% of the work they do include residential tower blocks one of which has been the Renaker tower in Deansgate. Located fairly central in Manchester with a quick walking distance from Victoria station.

Your new role
In this role you will be working alongside a team of fund monitoring consultants, supporting them on high rise residential projects. The projects you will work on average in value from £20mil - £30mil. You will be working autonomously in this role with the support from the other North based office.
On day to day basis you will be involved pre and post contract, managing cost, budget and margin.

What you'll need to succeed
To secure this role you will be a chartered, experienced quantity surveyor having previously worked with consultancies or in a client side positions. You will have experience working on residential or commercial sector projects. An ambitious individual wanting to further progress your career.
