Commercial Property Management Surveyor Job, Birmingham Up to £50,000 dependant on experience

Your new company

You will be joining an established large commercial property group within the city of Birmingham. The group has been established for over 40 years and serves the West Midlands region with a key focus on the Birmingham city centre area.

Your new role

Within this role you will be managing a portfolio of multi-let commercial properties, including industrial, retail, and land estates. Reporting into the estates director, you will be implementing rent reviews, issuing and managing dilapidation claims, general estate management liaison with tenants, engaging with legal entities on matters of property management, dealing with service charge management, and ensuring health and safety/fire safety compliance is met.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a strong professional etiquette, be results driven and take a proactive approach to your work. You will need a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a surveyor within a commercial property business, and have a strong comprehension of Landlord and Tenant law, and general commercial property aptitudes.
