Your new company
A real estate company based in London Mayfair, specialising in providing housing solutions. The company designs and develops projects and then continue to be the long-term freeholder. The company's partners include Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Charities, and care providers across the UK to support and facilitate growth to meet the housing needs and demands.

Your new role
As a business development manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships amongst partners, Local authorities, Housing Associations and Care Providers across the UK to understand needs, demands to enable the company to deliver outstanding social housing and facilities. The role will require identifying opportunities for new partnerships, as well as maintaining long-term relationships whilst providing excellent standards of customer service and work with other parts of the company to find investment and development solutions. Working collaboratively with partners and all stakeholders will be critical to ensure success.

What you'll need to succeed

- The ability to negotiate and generate outcomes in a balanced and solution orientated.
- Understanding how to give excellent customer service and to commercial manage relationships with stakeholders.
- A preference is a candidate who has a background in social housing, local authority, government, charity, NHS or healthcare environments who understands complex layers within a structured organisation.
- A strong background in the development of partnerships/alliance/collaborative working.
- A passion to improve housing and facilities for vulnerable client groups.
- A basic knowledge and understanding of property transactions with the social housing sector.
- A solid, proactive, and self-motivated working person.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing environments, strong customer ethos with heighten sense of empathy.
