Senior Architectural Technician

Senior Architectural Technologist / Technician / Newcastle / Revit and/or AutoCAD

Your new company based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This multi-disciplinary company that has offices across UK and outside the country. They are working with Public and Private sectors. You will find free car parking and public transport nearby. Currently there is around 80 different specialist in Newcastle office.

Your new role
Your new job will be based with probation period in the office and after passing probation, could be negotiable on hybrid model. You will be working with AutoCAD and Revit software producing technical drawings within different sectors. The projects you will be working on is from 5 millions to 100 millions worth. You will be working closely with internal team as well as contractors and private and public sector clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Up to date UK building regulations
5+ years' experience in UK practice (less years' experience will be consider for non senior Technician role)
AutoCAD and/or Revit skills
Capability working individually and in the team
Good time management
