Job Details

Our client is a prominent real estate group with a network of UK offices. Due to an increasing number of client commissions, in line with growth targets, they’re seeking to employ a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to their niche QS team in London.  Projects are a mix of property and infrastructure including high end residential, corporate fit out, Highways England and HS2 commissions.

Candidates wishing to apply should meet the following criteria:                                                              

  • RICS Accredited BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (completed in either 2021 or 2022)
  • Seeking to become a Chartered Surbeyor (MRICS)
  • Good organisational skills & interpersonal skills
  • Good communication & time management skills
  • Competence in Microsoft suite office
  • UK Passport holder or valid and current right to work in UK
  • Be interested in growing your network with external stakeholders to build client relationships
  • Some relevant project experience would be an advantageous but not essential
