Your new role
Your first role will be to run a large commercial project (30million) in Bristol. The role itself is a senior project manager, meaning managing all elements of the project, pre construction, design, procurement, financials & completion. You will be supported by a wider team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have delivered similar projects in size, scale & time (Can discuss further on application) You must have SMSTS, CSCS + First aid as you will be required on side. Construction knowledge is essential, you will be solely responsible for the project therefore having a track record of completing similar will be beneficial.
