Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A vibrant and well established property maintenance firm who run projects across the UK, typically they will perform reactive and planned refurbishment projects for Social Housing, Healthcare and Civic buildings.

Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor you will take charge of the whole commercial process including liaising with the tenants/councils for initial consultation, costing reports, producing/processing monthly applications, dispute resolution, resolving account queries, subcontractor payment authorisation and working closely with site/office teams to ensure projects are priced correctly and don't run over budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, extensive Quantity Surveying experience on social housing projects, excellent IT and Communication skills and full UK driving licence.
