A rare opportunity has arisen for a Development / ESG Surveyor with a passion for investing responsibly through ESG focused Asset Management and Development. This is a client side opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest place-based health endowments with an enviable property portfolio.

To be considered we are keen to speak with Development or ESG Surveyors with a passion for and experience in ESG Principals and their application to commercial and other property types including emissions calculations and regulatory requirements, experience of financial  modelling and ideally 2-3 years’ experience in a property / asset management / development environment.  Ideally MRICS, however other relevant qualifications will be considered.
