• Influence staff and contractors to take a positive approach to SHEQ through considerable time spent in the field supporting, coaching, and mentoring.
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Company's SHEQ Management Systems, to ensure the safety of staff, contractors, and other stakeholders in line with current legislation.
• Oversee incident reporting and investigations ensuring incidents are efficiently and effectively investigated and corrective actions and improvement measures are coherently implemented across the company.

What you'll need to succeed:

Previous relevant health and safety experience (Construction and/or Building maintenance) with a NEBOSH. To succeed you MUST have a driving licence. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to explain technical, process, and procedural matters to a range of people from Senior Managers through to Tradespeople
