Your new company
A leading UK construction and maintenance firm, operating in the public and commercial sectors, through six divisions of construction and infrastructure, fit out, property services, partnership housing, urban regeneration and investments. Your new role
Will be working on and carrying out a variety of maintenance work including minor plumbing works, building works, ground works and drainage related tasks. You will be involved in refurbishment as well as PPMs and reactive maintenance. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and be a people facing individual.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have a full UK driving license for 12 months, whilst being prepared to travel all over east Anglia. You must be punctual and reliable whilst being prepared to work in all weather conditions. It would be preferred that you have previous experience as a qualified tradesperson as well as a trade related qualification.


What you'll get in return
