Quantity Surveyor – Project Director
London / Flexible Working
Leading UK based construction & property consultant with a strong global partnership, are seeking an experienced Project Director level Quantity Surveyor with strength in the residential development and/or healthcare sectors to join their vibrant London Cost Management team.
MRICS you will have extensive pre and post-contract experience with knowledge and experience of the residential development (btr etc) and/or healthcare sectors and the challenges of delivering large schemes in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities will include; Day-to-day delivery of projects; Contributing to commercial elements of business cases; Developing the cost management strategy and delivery; Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project; Producing cost plans and cost reports etc.
