Job Title: Project Coordinator (Multiple Roles available)
Location: Wavertree, Merseyside
Salary: £20,000-£22,000 basic salary + additional benefits

National building and maintenance refurbishment contractor established in the late 90's and market leader in their sector are looking to expand their projects team with the hire of a Project Coordinator As a marker leading provider they work with a number of public sector frameworks across a multitude of sectors; NHS healthcare, education, social housing and local government buildings as well as private commercial. Specialising in a range of electrical services including firesafety they deliver building refurbishment projects nationally.
Your new role
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of building professionals across a range of building maintenance projects and fielding reactive maintenance calls. Duties include;
- Responding to inbound calls regarding building faults and defects
- Scheduling various trades and building maintenance staff
- Plan and assign projects in line with service level agreements, managing client expectations
- Acting as a point of contract for a portfolio of clients
