HAYS Recruitment are working in partnership with our client LOTUS CARS, a well known and prestigious car manufacturer based in Hethel to recruit for a number of General Operatives

This will be an ongoing position and offers candidates an opportunity to start a new and exciting career.
You will be trained in the assembly and manufacturing of Lotus vehicles.

Your new role

General Operative

The role involves working on parts of a Lotus car and completing vehicles to a high standard.
- You will be fully trained, no experience is necessary.
- You will be provided with full Lotus branded uniform
- You will learn transferable skills
- You will be part of a diverse and welcoming team


What you'll get in return
This will be an ongoing role for the successful applicants.
The hourly rate for this position will £11.50p/h, with the opportunity to earn increased Overtime rates also.

TWILIGHT SHIFT PATTERN IS AS FOLLOWS:
Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm - 2:00am.
You will be are entitled to a £25.80 bonus per shift as an unsociable hours allowance

Friday will be on a flexi-time basis, if required you will finish at 1pm on Fridays.
Saturday & Sundays will be available when required on an increased Overtime rate.
