Senior Site Manager

A Leading tier one main contractor working across the country on projects of all types and sizes. With multiple successful division's a strong order book and equally strong profits the business is going from strength to strength. The client typically runs project in sectors including Educational, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence between £5m and £20m.

Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be heavily involved in sub contract management, quality control, Health and safety enforcement and reporting. You will have an excellent understanding of the sequencing of Education building schemes including demolition, new build and refurbishment.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working on large scale projects with elements of demolition, refurb and newbuild. You will be comfortable with the reporting and high standards expected form a tier 1 contractor.
You will also have significant experience of running projects from end to end with costs between £5m and £20m+.
