We are excited to be recruiting for a renowned global Real Estate & Construction consultancy for their Birmingham office in the West Midlands. The company specialises in Project Management, Building Surveying, and Cost Management.
Your new role
Within your new role you will be responsible for providing a range of building surveying duties to a wide variety of end clients across various industries including both private and public sectors. Key duties will include, but will not be limited to, performing building surveys, feasibility studies, dilapidations, defect analysis, and planned maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have practical experience of performing building surveying duties and will be MRICS Chartered or close to achieving this, with a degree in a relevant field or similar. You will be a clear and effective communicator, with strong organisational skills, and you will be able to adapt to changing environments, taking a proactive approach to your work.
